Please reserve your pre-paid lodging and make travel arrangements by Oct. 22, 2007 as follows:
(1) University Place Reservations
Call University Place at 503-221-0140 to make your reservation under "Computer Science 2007 Fall Conference". Guests can choose from rooms with either two double beds or one king bed. Room, taxes and parking for November 9 and 10 will be prepaid. Guests will be asked for credit card information to pay for incidental expenses.
Reservations must be made on or before October 22, 2007. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night and taxes. PSU will not accept responsibility for payment of cancellation fees.
(2) Air Travel to PSU
Travel by air must be arranged through PSU. Please contact René Remillard (503-725-4211 or rene@cs.pdx.edu) or Kathie Lee (leek@cecs.pdx.edu). Once your itinerary has been confirmed, the charges will be billed directly to PSU.
(3) Reimbursement of Miscellaneous Costs
The Travel Reimbursement Form is the tool that is used by PSU to reimburse you for expenses. Download the reimbursement form by clicking this link (Microsoft Word format).
Please fill in the form with your name, address and title. Your social security number can be phoned in to René or filled in at registration time. Send the form via email to René at rene@cs.pdx.edu, together with your arrival and departure dates by October 31.
René will be at the conference site from Noon to 3PM on Friday, November 9, with the completed reimbursement form for your signature. If you are expecting reimbursement and this time frame does not meet your needs, please contact René to arrange a different meeting time.
