Hotel Reservations for All Partners
To make your hotel reservation at the University Place Hotel and Conference Center (http://cegs.pdx.edu/stay/upl/) please fill out the Travel Information Form (pdf, doc, or web ) with your arrival and departure information and email or fax to rene@cs.pdx.edu. The workshop allows a maximum of four nights for conference attendance, Thursday, May 15, 2007 through Sunday, May 18, 2007 only. When this procedure is followed, your room will be billed directly to the workshop, at no cost to you.

Travel Reimbursement for Asian Partners
To receive travel reimbursement, please provide a travel itinerary showing cost and proof of payment. Please mail, email, or fax these documents to rene@cs.pdx.edu prior to your arrival at the conference. The mailing address is: René Remillard, Portland State University, Computer Science Dept., PO Box 751-CMPS, Portland, OR 97207-0751, USA. Also, you may fax your documents to René's attention at +1 503.725.3211. At the same time travel documents are sent, please provide your full legal name and the address where you would prefer the reimbursement check mailed.
Portland State University does not reimburse travel expenses until after the travel has been completed. Also required is an original signature to a travel reimbursement form. Once René has received all of your information, she will prepare the document and have it ready for your signature at the workshop on Friday, May 16, 2008. If you will not be present at the start of the workshop, please make alternate arrangements with René.

Working Groups
Working groups will form the basis for our small group activities for the next two workshops in May and October. Each group will consist of from 3-8 people and have a designated organizer. These groups will explore the range of issues relevant to each topic including resources, examples, models, and possible pilot projects. We will start these groups at the May workshop. They will present their work at the October workshop in Beijing. A description of each group is given in this PDF file.
